Your Questions, Answered

  • We ask that you bring your bathing suit (togs!) and reusable water bottle if you regular use one. Please also bring two towels, one to sit on and one for afterwards. We have towel rental available at all our locations.

  • At Fad Saoil, you will feel like you are a part of the community on entry. Our team is there to guide you step by step, what to expect, how to engage with others through the use of sauna and cold plunge. Welcome to Ireland’s new pub.

  • We do! Please email bookings@fadsaoilsaunas.com with your date, time and studio you are enquiring for and we will respond within 48 hours.
