Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is run by Fad Saoil Saunas, Beet Cottage, Timoleague, Co. Cork (the "Promoter" / "we"). Questions about the Promotion: bookings@fadsaoilsaunas.com
2. The Promotion. The Promotion is a promotional prize draw run in connection with, and to promote, the sale of the Fad Saoil Saunas Pass Packs (“Pass Packs”). All Pass Packs are sold at their usual price as set out on our website. No additional charge is made to enter the draw or to claim the prize.
3. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over at the date of entry, whether or not they purchase a Pass Pack, except employees, officers and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. By entering, you confirm you meet these criteria.
4. Entry period. The Promotion opens on 17th July 2026 and closes at 17th August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5. How to enter: two ways, equal chances. You can enter either way below, and both routes have exactly the same chance of winning. No proof of purchase is required for the free route, and paid entries are not weighted more heavily than free entries.
(a) By purchase. Buy a Fad Saoil Saunas Pass Pack during the entry period. Each valid purchase enters you into the draw once.
(b) Free entry (no purchase necessary). During the entry period, enter free by post. Please send your full name, date of birth, address, email and phone number on a single sheet of paper to 3 Ardee House, Rathmines, marked "Fad Saoil Saunas EP Prize Draw". One entry per envelope; entries must be received by the closing time; we are not responsible for lost or delayed post.
Free and paid entries go into the same draw, close at the same time, and each single entry, however submitted, has an equal chance of being drawn. Entry is limited to one entry per person, whether by purchase or free entry.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive 2 x Weekend EP Camping Tickets, with a total approximate value of €1,500. The prize is subject to the event organiser's / ticket issuer's own terms and conditions. The prize does not include travel, accommodation (beyond any camping element stated), spending money, or any other cost unless expressly stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable by the winner, except that the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
7. Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the close of the entry period, under the supervision of an independent person or by a verifiable random method.
8. Notification. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of first notification, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize and draw an alternative winner.
9. Prize delivery. The prize will be provided within 6 weeks of the closing date, or as otherwise agreed with the winner. The winner may be asked to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is released.
10. Publication of winner. The first name, surname and county of the winner will be published on instagram and made available on request, to show that a valid award took place. By entering, you agree to this if you win (see clause 12 for how your data is handled).
11. Liability. We are not liable for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss arising from the Promotion or the prize, including matters within the event organiser's control.
12. Data protection. Fad Saoil Saunas is the data controller for personal data collected for the Promotion. We process entry data to administer the draw, contact the winner, and meet our legal obligations (lawful basis: performance of the Promotion you have entered and our legitimate interest in running it). Winner details are published as set out in clause 10. We keep entry data only as long as necessary to run the Promotion and meet legal requirements, then delete it. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection contact bookings@fadsaoilsaunas.com. Our full privacy notice for this competition is below . Entering does not sign you up to marketing, any marketing sign-up is separate and optional (see clause 13).
13. Marketing (optional and separate). Entry to the Promotion is not conditional on agreeing to receive marketing. If, and only if, you have separately ticked the marketing opt-in, we may contact you with Fad Saoil Saunas offers and updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
14. General. We may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control, without liability. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promotion is run in accordance with the ASAI Code. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Who we are. Fad Saoil Saunas, Beet Cottage Creghane Cork, is the data controller for the personal data you give us when you enter this prize draw (the "Promotion"). If you have any questions about your data, contact us at bookings@fadsaoilsaunas.com.
What we collect. When you enter, we collect your first name and surname, date of birth, address, email address and phone number. If you enter by post, we also hold the physical entry you send us. We collect date of birth only to confirm you meet the minimum age for entry.

Who we share it with. We share your data only where needed: with trusted service providers who help us run the Promotion (for example, our entry-form or IT provider) under contract; with the event organiser or ticket provider where necessary to deliver the prize to the winner; and, for the winner only, by publishing first name, surname and county as described above. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it. We keep entry data only as long as needed to run the Promotion and for a short period afterwards to deal with any queries or disputes, then we securely delete it normally within 6 months of the draw. If you opt in to marketing, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and, where applicable, to data portability. Where we rely on consent (marketing), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your entry. To exercise any right, contact bookings@fadsaoilsaunas.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), Ireland's supervisory authority.
Automated decisions. The winner is chosen by a random draw. We do not make decisions about you by solely automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Age. This Promotion is only open to entrants aged 18 or over. Please do not enter or provide your details if you are under this age.
